Terms of Sale

EvalProf offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Current prices are displayed at evalprof.com/plans and may be updated with 30 days' notice for active subscribers.

EvalProf operates under the French auto-entrepreneur VAT exemption scheme (Art. 293 B CGI — no VAT charged). Prices shown are the final prices for buyers in France. Buyers outside France may be subject to local taxes under their own country's regulations.

Paid subscriptions take effect immediately upon payment confirmation and renew automatically at each billing period via the payment method on file. Invoices are issued automatically by Stripe and accessible from the user's account.

Payment is made online by credit card via Stripe. EvalProf does not store any payment data. Failed payments may result in subscription suspension.

Consumers (individuals acting outside a professional capacity) have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the subscription date. This right is waived if the user has started using paid features before the withdrawal period expires.

This right does not apply to purchases made by professionals in the course of their business activity (B2B).

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no pro-rata refund, except in cases of right of withdrawal or cancellation by EvalProf.

EvalProf may update its prices with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Users may cancel without penalty before the new price takes effect.

EvalProf shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, excluding the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods.

B2C buyers residing in the European Union: under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis), consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of habitual residence. Otherwise, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.

B2C buyers residing outside the EU: the courts of Paris (France) have exclusive jurisdiction.

B2B buyers (institutions): the courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.

Mediation (EU consumers): consumers may use an approved mediator free of charge before bringing court proceedings.

These Terms of Sale are written in French, English and Spanish. In the event of any contradiction or ambiguity between versions, the French version shall prevail and be the sole authoritative text.
